Wow that would take a long time to do but here is an example of how'd I'd set up the betting lines for you guys. What do you think? I assume everyone knows how to bet sports... but I guess alot of people never have. Does everyone?

Thanatos

Ehh..... I don't like it. Just keep it simple. It's not like this is serious business or anything.

Shut up KA. You don't even watch sports. You just saw I posted somewhere and had to come harass me.
It's not serious and it's not betting. I just saw how good you do with the picks and thought it would be more of a challenge. Np

They are only the underdog because everyone wants an upset. They are happening all over the college league, so why not the NFL? Rutgers upset USF last night 30-27, by the way.

D3V
2007-10-19, 08:18 AM
If the Jaguars win this game Monday night.. this will be the second consecutive season they beat undefeated REIGNING Defending Superbowl Champions.

Thanatos
2007-10-19, 08:42 AM
But.... they won't?

Titus, get off the NE bandwagon. "They won't lose this year." This is the NFL. Any Given Sunday.

And I personally think Miami is gonna pull this one off. On a last second field goal or some crazy shit like that. Remember, Miami sucked ass last year but they beat the undefeated Bears. I think they'll do it 2 years in a row.

D3V
2007-10-19, 08:50 AM
Well, look at Miami's statistics VS. New England, NE plays like shit when the come down and play in Miami, that, and they're due to win, and NE is due to lose. The last two undefeateds are going to get upset this weekend/monday night.

HandOfHeaven

Jags are going to get stomped. Hands down.

Dolphins are going to flop.

Titusfied

I'm not on any NE bandwagon. I would want nothing more than them to lose out the rest of the season. Fact is, I'm a realist, and that team might go down in the history books as one of the best that ever played the game. They are seriously that good, and if you don't think so, you are an idiot, plain and simple.

Don't get mad because the Colts aren't in the limelight for their undefeated record too. I would be happy they aren't under as much scrutiny.

D3V
2007-10-19, 10:19 AM
Well, it's not that hard to be such a great franchise when you have vaults of other team's playbooks and know exactly what they are running against you. I'm all for dynasties, but all of them have to come to an end.

Thanatos
2007-10-19, 11:15 AM
I'm actually glad the Colts are under the radar at this moment. We don't need all the attention and focus like NE. We play one game at a time and don't get ahead of ourselves.

That NE team is good, yes, that's pretty damn obvious but they are not the best team that has ever been assembled. They are not going to go 16-0. Mark my words.

HandOfHeaven
2007-10-19, 12:24 PM
Perhaps 15-1 then.

please tell me who is going to beat them? i would say the colts, but for some reason, i dont see that happening. Their offense is way to powered and they can stop u on defense. I hate the Pats with all my heart, so i would be glad to see them lose. Its highly unlikely, but i wish for it. My giants just need to make the playoffs and ill be ok.

Tonight's finally the big night! Man, our entire city is amped for this game, morale here at work is awesome. We had a hotdog party in our offices! That and the Florida/Georgia (college) game is coming up this weekend so it's definately a great week for football.

I'm undecided on tailgating tonight or not, it's going to be insanely packed downtown and I don't feel like messing with it after work, then again i'm literally 5 minutes from the stadium right now, I think i'll cruise around then come back home after work :) :)

2007-10-23, 06:44 AM
I don't even know what to say, I could try and breakdown what exactly happened, well.. and that won't help any now, the Colts came in and basically smacked us around. /emo

Domination IN Jacksonville.

3-0 in division play on the road, thank you very much. We are not any worse than the Patriots. Nov. 4th - mark it on your calendars as the day the Patriots fall.

What I couldn't fucking stand during the duration of the game last night: the announcers couldn't stop slobbering all over Tom Brady and the Patriot's balls. Shut the fuck up already. We're watching INDY vs. Jacksonville - DON'T BRING UP THE PATS DAMNIT.

D3V
2007-10-23, 06:50 AM
Yeah I was very annoyed by that, talking about the Patriots the entire game, even though we played like absolute shit I still wanted to watch the game for what it was, not hear about the ass-clown Patriots.

It's okay Thanatos, we've got you guys' number a few weeks from now, Haha.

Thanatos
2007-10-23, 06:59 AM
When you play us in the Dome? Dude, in case you haven't noticed, we don't lose there. We're on a 12 game winning streak at home. Another stat I liked that they brought up last night, in the past 47 regular season games, the Colts have won 40 of them. That's 40-7.. That's fuckin unbelievable!!

I don't think I'm going to watch ESPN all week because all I'm going to hear is shit about the Gaytriots vs. Colts -- MNF broadcasting sucks. How about you talk about the two teams that are playing each other? Fucking idiots.

HandOfHeaven
2007-10-23, 07:24 AM
If the Colts don't beat the Patriots, New England is going to go 16-0 and the Colts 13-3 if they don't meet again.

Thanatos

Who are the Colts going to lose to??

And, this is just for D3V who got a heavy dose of this last night:

D3V

I'ma call bad coaching on our behalf, just for the fact that we never utilized Greg Jones to bash up the middle and fuck his day up, oh wells.

Titusfied

And what the fuck is up with Addai splitting carries with Kenton??? I'm hoping it was just because Addai just came back from injury and Kenton actually played well last week so they were throwing him a bone. If you guys turn into a mother fucking RBBC, I will murder Tony Dungy....

Thanatos
2007-10-24, 07:07 AM
I really don't know about that one. I'm guessing since Kenton did so well in Addai's absense that they might become a pretty darn good tandem. I'm sort of dissapointed because I was ready to see Addai become THE feature back getting 90% of the carries. I think he can do it, I really do. I'm guessing since it's only his 2nd year they don't want to put all that on his shoulders and hey, why not, they're both playing extremely well at the moment.

Go Colts!!

D3V
2007-10-24, 07:30 AM
You seen Kenton get his shit fucked up, he lost his helmet in the 2nd quarter I believe and went down on the ground and got kicked in the face, tough guy i'll give him that definately.

Thanatos
2007-10-24, 07:53 AM
That should have been unnecesary roughness. That was COMPLETELY uncalled for. They knew his helmet came off and then attacked him. Where were the damn refs on that one? Idiots..
