Honestly, from the commercials I was very disappointed. But I saw some clips from the movie and it's helped change my mind a little. It's still not going to be that good. BUT at least they brought back some of the original writers.

It may be a flop like Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, but I want to see The Simpsons movie.

I'll see it. I mean, it's about time, right? Like most other people I know, I haven't kept up with the show recently. I just don't watch television that often. DVDs are the way to go.

Stewie Griffin's movie was a flop? Are you kidding me.. that was awesome.
The Simpsons movie, on the other hand, doesn't look all that promising. I'll still go see it though because I've been a Simpsons fan for years

Well, I thought it was good, but it dissapointed me toward the middle. Got real boring and unfunny. I will do my donut-lifts tomorrow morning in respect to the simpsons, I think it will be a success.
I probably won't go to it, maybe rent it one night, but im not overly excited...
I was happy to hear a while back that they we're going to be making a movie, like everyone else I haven't really been watching or keeping up with the show anymore :( but the movie, eh. It doesn't really seem to have a point, it's got the generic storyline, but i'm sure i'll end up seeing it anyways, I think i've got some free ticket passes laying around somewhere.

Homer is causing the town to be evacuated and stuff. It's too generic and unfunny from the premise.
