Stupid Skirmish

Well, I got on yesterday for a few hours, and man was I rusty. My TV is tiny, which I eventually got used to, but for some reason, it felt like my sensitivity was too fast for me and I was having a tough time adjusting... I don't even know what it's at, and I was too lazy to change it slower, but I think it's around 5 or 6?

Anyway, I don't think Petey and I lost a single Team Slayer game, although Petey was playing really well and I was just holding my own. However, Team Skirmish was a joke. I don't know why, but we won our first game, then I think I literally lost about 15 straight and lost my level 2. How pathetic is that? I wasn't playing particularly well, but granted, that is a hell of a statistic to have on your wrap sheet.

It seems like people are simply getting smarter with team skirmish. Me and Bobby played a few team hardcore games one day and lost about all of them and they were all objective games. It only took people like two years to figure things out but I think they finally have. I used to be awesome at ninja'ing the flag and planting bombs but I was never even that close. Granted, I think we all are just a bit rusty but we'll fix that right up this summer. With a premade team we all know each other's style a bit better and we'll be able to communicate better as well instead of having the one or two pick up guys that just want the sniper rifle and to see a big kill number at the end of the game instead of getting caps so they can flog their e-peens.

You been getting on much lately? I finally have everything set up to be able to get on, but only during the week, and only for a few hours a day max as of right now. It was fun last night, but I gotta try and get my company to invest in a bigger TV for me, then I need a new headset, and voila!

We used to have killer games when we knew what to do for different game variations, but the games have changed, especially since the level resets, now they have new weapon sets on the maps, etc. so new methods need to come about.

BTW, FYI, my e-peen is HUGE!

Yea, to get to the high levels is much harder after the reset, so most people that are trying are the mid to high 30's as of now. Me and SUe played for a bit and raped in slayer, but sucked it big time at objective games. A little practice should get us all on the same page.

Scratch that. I'm actually headed home today after my final. But yeah, I have the same connection at home as I do here... except there are only two computers on it as compared to eleven.

So, I hear you were able to play last night and not have much lag problems?? Is this true? I got on for a while on Wednesday, but I HAD to go to the bar last night to watch the Phillies sweep the Mets (Boo-yah!). I'll be able to get on Saturday during the afternoon, and maybe this afternoon too. I have a half day today, and I'm going to mow my lawn, but after that, I should be able to jump on for a few hours if anyone is around. I'll IM the shit out of you jigga-boos.

I got all for like 5 hours yesterday, but I have family parties today, plus a major hangover from last night, so I'm not getting on today. I might be able to get on a few times during the week? We shall see.
