A combination of AnimeNewsNetwork and AniDB's systems, except with more intuitive UI design. I'd be willing to contribute building the backend database if such a project was undertaken. But honestly, I can't even remember what I've seen :(

Well, what I really need is a designer, if I'm to undertake the project. I can handle the coding with little trouble, but I'm not so good at coming up with the interface and mechanics on my own.
