Uh..wut r they called? split screens?

I want some anime pictures to add to my game to show a certain scene or whatever...i guess it's called a cutscene... Anyone know any good programs for making anime scenes but require very VERY lil knowledge of actually drawing anime ^.^ prolly not...but its worth asking

ummm, the closest thing i could think of to point you towards would be
charas-project (http://charas-project.net/). you can make face sets on it by adding different eyes, mouths etc i dont know if it would be any good for cut sences but you could give it a go.

Thanks, but I mean something like the fire emblem cut scenes for gameboy, if you've ever played it. I'd love to have something like that, but I might be able to just use facesets against some kinda background i guess
