What fake quotes!

Now on the outside that should not be a quote but when you come in that thing on the outside is now a quote, a fake quote might I add. Up until I just tried something in the World Record Forum I didn't realize that you make up your own quotes, I may have not known this but how many of you knew about this, and weren't as stupid as I was as to Just figure this out, huh.

We all know about it. It's generally not used in common serious discussion... But has been used to mock often.

It's based on your standing in the forum, for example Kyeruu would be more susceptible than Lenny.
