Anyone want to try to explain to me the ending of this series...? Sora gets turned into some armored monster or some shit, and it ends.....

Edit: I rewatched it again and it made a bit more sense. At the very end I thought Tsukasa was Mimuru (sp) walking out of the hospital. It doesn't piss me off anymore, but what happns to sora? Does it just merge the story into the game and everything is explained there?

Sora becomes the first big boss of the game series, and is the one responsible for putting the game main character's friend into the hospital, IIRC.

No, different characters. As for Sora, as I said, he's the first boss you defeat. It's never explored what that means for Sora, but he never resurfaces in the game. It's been a long time since I've watched it, but I would judge Sora's death or release based on his appearance or non-appearance in the .hack//UNISON OVA (which I don't remember, 'cause it's been so long and not a big issue for me).

Actually, Sora ISN'T the boss. He was just data drained by him. There's a certain quest you can do in the 3rd game or 4th game where you free Sora.
