This may sound like a stupid question but do the Nintendo DS or the GameBoy Micro play GBA games on them?

Yes, that is a stupid question, and yes, they both play GBA games. Why the hell wouldn't they? The GB Micro is just a re-cased GBA, and the DS has a GBA port.
