Wtf Halftime Report Guy!?

The white balding guy that does the halftime report with Kenny and Charles. He seems to be growing a tumor or something in his neck. I noticed it a month or so ago and it seems to be growing larger and larger. It's getting kinda freakish. Has any1 heard anything about this dude?

Well, really he just kind of orchestrates (and reads stats) the half time report while Charles and Kenny do most of the analying.

To me it looks like that side is just poofing out more than sunken in. Notice he trys to keep that side of his face away from the cameras. Granted that his colieges are on that side, but still.
