Alright, so I took the ACT on 4/08/06 and I got my score back yesterday. It was 28, so I was in the 93rd percentile. Anyways, I wanted to know what your score was if you took it.

I got a 25.

Didn't even write the essay though. From what the teacher said I was under the impression it was a practice test. Oh well.

I was around the 94-95 percentile when I took them. I dont think ACTs really matter.

I scored a 29 which was aroung the 94-95 percent area when i took it. It helped me get into Fairfield because my SAT's were crappy compared to the ACT score.

I didn't take the essay portion of the ACT. Lucky for me, St. Cloud State doesn't require that.

Wow, I feel stupid. My score was a 22. But I blame the math and science sections due to the fact that my English skills were much higher.

I got 28 on English, 28 on Reading, 29 on Math, and 25 on Science. On the practice test, I got a 33 on Math, so that would've bumped my score up to a 29, but oh well.

Didn't even take the ACTs.. SAT is where it's at. I got it the last year before they updated it with essays.

Yea that sucks for whoever has to take it with the essay. i mean, they have increased it to a 5 hour test now.

I got a 31 when I took it on about 4 hours of sleep. Should have gotten higher, but my reading score drug me down. I kept almost falling asleep.

Got me a $16k scholarship though, so I didn't see any reason to retake it.

Anyone else here smarter than me?

Why did you do that?

Well, I took the test in Paris, TX which was over an hour drive from my house, so I spent the night at Silverjinx's house the night before.

Know a kid who took his ACT, got a 35, was upset about it and retook it. Fucking 36.

35's are pretty rare actually. If I had taken more math classes I probably would have done better but oh well >_>.

He the type of kid who does nothing but studies and fights with his teacher over questions he got wrong on tests?

KagomJack

Not only that, but he lives in Scholastic Bowl, studies books from classes he isn't in just so he'll know it, and from what I've heard, he's got no social life.
