possible free cell phone music

ok i have a theory, just wondering if you guys now whether it would work or not...

1) download limewire (or some such program) and begin downloading songs you wants onto your computer.

2) go to angelfire.com (or some such website) and create a website.

3) place your music files on the website

4) on your phone access the internet, go to the url and download

is it as simple as that or alot more complicated?

My phone service charges by the kb. Wouldnt be worth it for me.

Alternatively, buy a phone that lets you put MP3's onto it? Just buy the cable to connect to the PC, hook your Mobile up with it, and transfer. Easy as pie.
