Done FFXI, EQ, and WOW. Anything with a MEANINGFUL crafting system out there or just any games you guys would recommend?

I'm probably wrong, but I think the new .hack//whatever-it's-called game, coming out some time this year (another 3 volume bitch), is supposed to be a good MMORPG.

RF Online looks pretty good. Its scheduled to come out later this year, I think. As for right now, you could try Guild Wars. I've never played it, but I hear its an okay game...plus its free for going online.

Then there's the not-so-massive-multiplayer thing....although I am not sure if that kinda stuff is aloud here at zelaron...O.O

Looks like I'll have to buy a new Playstation 2. It's not a real MMO, BTW.

A new one? I'm not done with the original 4 on PS2

There's a brand new one, or three, aye.

In fact, there seems to be 2?

.hack//Fragment. The fifth in the series.

And .hack//G.U (the 3 part one).

My friend was watching the trailers when he was over here, and the fragment game has a bit that says: MMORPG.

And He's happy about .hack//G.U because it has the guy from the original game in it. Butterfly, or Link or whatever he's called.

http://www.gametrailers.com/ Just search "hack". The top two trailers are the relevant ones. The other four are the first four parts of the game.

And yeah, Willkill, I'd say play GW. If you don't want to buy it, then you can download the Client from the GW site (www.guildwars.com (http://www.guildwars.com/)) and use someone elses account. I know that a lot of people on here have/had an account and gave up on the game. Maybe you could use one of theirs?

No, fragment is not MMO, it is only MO; it looks like it's going to be like D2, where you can play it offline, too. Even so, I will have to buy it.

is UO still going? I tried it like 6 years ago or more and it seemed pretty saturated with players and all the land was developed, lol.

I told him it was just MORPG!! But, no, he wouldn't listen.

And I still don't know what that guys name is.

I play City of Villains on Shade's account, which is going to expire tomorrow if someone doesn't feel like giving me $15. Heh.

Pirates of the Burning Seas is coming out =D

I currently play EVE but it takes patience and a really high learning curve =/ Wouldn't recomend it.

I've been following Pirates of the Burning Sea, hmm. I'm kind of undecided on it.
