I found poetry.

This is my second ever poem. Rate it, please.

"Dream-God"
11-25-05

The time is new
Our time is now
If trust is won
Your timely vow

A shadow cast to hide your demons
A waking love to find my dreaming
Shattered thoughts of amber prism
Golden wings on which we've risen

A genocide doth take its toll
A lovers grip to abandon soul
A pack of lies to encompass I
A lying mind wonders only why

For the time is new
and our time is now
Truth in trust sung
Almighty cast a vow

Actually, I have absolutely no idea of any form of poetry at all. Until recently I've never even liked poetry.

I read a poem of my friends and since then I've found its an easy outlet to my feelings.

Say what?

If your calling me emo, fuck that!!!

I come from from a breed of Heavy/Death metal and open-minded people.

I like the color, but I hate wearing black so I just be like me.

you better be not calling wed-g an emo kid, dude! just because he expresses his feelings doesn't mean that he is one, there are other issues that are involved when it comes to being an emo. and no, just for the record, before you think i am, im not an emo. I never wear all black, and I don't cut myself.
