dude go with http://www.murderapolis.com/ that is what zel is hosted on and www.thepunkit.com [my site] the guy that owns it is like the coolest and he has everything on his servers for a fair price i needed a shit load of crap so it is costing me 120 a year but i got 100 megs u can go with the nebi plan that it only 8 bucks a munth and for a domin try xennorex [yea i know it sounds like a drug but u better take it be for i do } get your domin from www.godaddy.gom it is 8 bucks a year how can u beat that

Actually, if you can't use a credit card, just register a domain with Oriweb (http://www.oriweb.com). Godaddy is pretty cheap though.
