How the fuck do you lock on to a target? I'm halfway through the game and I can't figure out how to do it. I know how to manually aim(right mouse button) but I can't figure out how to lock on to a target.

In the PC versions of the GTA:VC and GTAIII you can't lock on to targets, and I would assume that it is the same for GTA:SA. You have to aim manually.

That sounds like it would make it pretty rough.

Then get the PS2 or Xbox version.

I'm assuming you can lock on to targets on the Xbox version yes?

No, it plays just like any other shooter that way.

Its actually easier because you can get a lot of headshots if you have fairly good aim.

If you're close enough you can do that on SA when locked on.

I though that the numbers 1,3,7 and 9 would allow you to move on angles. Kinda like up and left would,

Try those.

They don't, you have to press the combination of directions.
