HL2Files.com plagarizes another website's material

I am spreading the word on this from another forum I frequent (The Specialists forums if you were wondering). A member of that forum has a mod site called ModHQ.com where he gathers news on different mods. The guy who runs HL2Files.com has been directly stealing his news for a while now and posting it as his own on HL2Files.
