A few questions:
1. Do I need to have a Microsoft Broadband Networking Wireless Base Station?
2. Do I have to have my computer hooked up to the internet the same time my XBox is? (For some reason, my stupid modem only has one ethernet connector, so only one can be done at a time)
3. If they need to be hooked up at the same time, can I use a split connector piece to achieve this? (Obviously, because of the reason in parenthesis in question 2.)
I only ask, because I tried routing the cable, which I was previously using at my apartment just fine, from my parent house modem to the XBox, but it can't resolve the DNS.. I don't know why, because when I switch the computer internet cable back to the computer, the internet comes right back, just fine..
Any ideas or suggestions?
