Are there any free sites that have good guides? Or you just have to randomly search through piles of shit to find tid bits of advice, I've been searching around at work for the past couple days and have found like 1 decent rouge guide, and a couple crap ones.
Do you think it would be worth it to pay for one of the membership sites that claim to update every day w/ the new hax, macros, guides and all that other shit?

Hacks get you banned and macros are simple to write. Best way to learn is to just start playing. You pick the shit up fairly quickly.

Here's a good tip: it's rogue, not rouge.

Ha. Ya I love how everyone hates that. I only mispell it 50% of the time. ;)
I dont want haxes or macros. I just wanted to look at some guides to get an idea of that character since I can't play yet.

That'd really be enough to give you an outline of the class you're interested in.

I've been all through that site. In and out. I was basically wondering if anyone knew any super stealth top secret guides!

Discovering stuff for yourself makes it more enjoyable and rewarding.

All right, i'll write a rogue guide from what i've been using. I personally, am going with a 30/8/13 build. Assassination/Combat/Subtelty. (Build up the combo points and crit their ass to death).

Assassination
Malice 5/5
Imp Eviscerate 5/5
Ruthlessness 3/3
Relentless Strike 1/5 (point holdr)
Lethality 5/5
Imp Expose Armor 2/3
Cold Blood 1/1
Improve Gouge 3/3
Imp Sinister strike 2/2
Improved Backstab 3/3
Murder *put one point*

Combat
Improved Ambush 5/5
Improved Backstab 3/3

Subtelty
Master of Deception 5/5
Opportunity 5/5

Yeah i kinda fucked the orders up because I can't remember where they all are off the top of my head, i have a scratch paper with em written down, but that's basically all that you NEED. You are going to have extra @ 60 but whatever looks good to you, most rogues like walking @ 90% stealthed (which is nice) or put more in combat. Play around with it.

Ah yes, and for your weapon, I've found better that you put the slower weapon in main hand and faster in off hand, for lower level. And combat rogues you don't even need daggers, go full swords, but they kinda suck, so don't waste your time.

But once you get better gear from MC you'll probably want to spec in something else other than Evis, because Evis will not take into account that shiny Purple you just got.
