I have taken the time to upload the software to my host so you guys can download it, heres the link:

There are 3 notepad files each containing short instructions to help you along the way. It is important to read them because you won't be able to pick the actual V220 phone and you will have to pick something else.

By the way, i'm pretty sure this comes with the drivers and software, so basically everything you need to get it running. :)
