Resetting stats?

Is there a set date when they are gonna reset the stats, or just within a week or two? I'm figuring that I am going to play Team Training for the first week or two after they reset the stats, then start playing matchmaking.

In the beginning, it will be really odd playing since all the really good and really bad people will be mixed in at the lower levels, so I figured I'll give things a week or so the balance out, then make my mark on the ranked games.

Anyone else have plans for this?

Oh, and I gotta get on more often now and hit up some fun game with you fools! I've been missing out a lot lately.. :(

yeah we didnt get stuck playing any of the gay games at burial mounds and only 1 at coagulation... that neutral bomb game we got owned at cuz the guy on our team betrayed us all pissed me off tho haha

I actually use the PP/SMG combo against my dormmates, works wonders on Ivory Tower.

haha yeah live is much better... but any halo is better than no halo haha I LOVE the changes they made... sure the human set sucks on beaver creek but i can hold my own with a sniper rifle or just a BR alone so i still win there. Me and Steve trashed some teams yesterday in 2vs2. That's the best part of this whole patch.

Oh yeah, titus i think there is 2 seperate beaver creek slayer games though. 1 still has the default weapons set and the other has a human set.

and how do you guys feel about the BR games at burial mounds? I personally like it because it gives you somewhat of a chance against a sniper rifle.

I personally dont like the BR games on burial mounds because i still get owned by sniper and i dont get to carry around the Bitch Combo.

on the Br games you start with BR but the weapon set is default so all you gotta do is get the plasma pistol and you can still have the combo.

Hmm i must have been playing something different then on beaver creek because all the weapons were human set.

Like sue said, there is a Human set and the map default of old still lurking around. I only playing without the Human set one time though, so they will mostly spawn Beaver without the noob combo.

Also, I like the BR Burial Mounds a shit load more now. The games are so much more frantic it's fucking awesome! I like the changes a lot too!

I'm not a big fan of colussus with BR's now. Not at all.

yeah its human weapon set but you spawn with BR's and basically all it turns into is one team on each side shooting across at the other... at least that is what has happened in my 2 or 3 games i've played there since the update

2v2 might be the best thing to happen to halo2 live
all of the games are a lot more balanced now, it's sweet

Yeah i personally like team Crazy Hill because with grenades now it doesnt stay occupied very long before all of the people inside get nail with a shower of grenades.

yeah like that king game where we contested them at 1:58 (it takes 2:00 to win) and took the hill and held it for the last 20 seconds to win

Haha! I've played my first Sniper game today, and I got owned.. I hate sniping, so I guess I better practice and get better at it, huh?

Yeah i am a pisspoor sniper if they are standing still i can hit them but if they are moving much i have to shoot at them twice or three times.

yeah its very easy to snipe people running at you... sniping people going left to right is a little harder though

I gotta figure out a way to practice, but I don't know how, other than just joining Team Training games and grabbing the sniper, even if I suck at it.

i'm not good at sniping anymore... the best way i found to practice is make sniper custom games and just send invites to everyone and have everyone send invites to everyone they know as well... play on small stages like midship and stuff too cuz you can practice no scoping and closer range sniping which is important

I went a little nutty today.. Played a SHIT LOAD! Did pretty well to, and made some new friends that will do just nicely in the Clan.. Well, there isn't even a clan anymore, and I kinda left until it gets back together too.. Oh well. I still suck at Sniping, but I'm getting slightly better..

haha that rules...sniping is really tough, the internet over here's been lagging a little bit so it's tough to snipe, but hopefully that was just a kink or something and it'll go away by the time i play after school today
