New Maps

What's everyone's opinion of the new maps that came out? I heard one was just like Wizard on Halo. I've yet to play them, but once i do I'll tell ya.

I never played Halo CE maps, so I wouldn't know. They are pretty neat though. One is basically smaller than Foundation, and the other is much bigger than the Big Team Battle maps. Almost too big..

Its huge! Almost like it should be a tank wars lvl or somthing.
My cousin bought all of them, they are sweet from what I have seen. I dont play much nemore though.

You have to pay for the new maps?

Does that mean you can only play those maps with other people who have bought them?

they released 2 free and 2 u gotta buy... i heard the 2 u gotta buy are really really awesome but im not gonna buy them

Pardon my obliviousness on the subject, but seeing as how I don't have Live yet, which 2 are free and which 2 do you have to pay for?

The free maps are called containment and warlock. Containment is the biggest level yet. It's a snow world with two enormous bases and a relatively small middle section for a map of its size. Mostly gonna be used for big team battle games and the like. Warlock is almost the same as the map that it is based on from Halo CE. I think that map is called Wizard. I think warlord will be a good 2vs2 or 4vs4 slayer map. It has a very limited selection of weapons (Tons or BR's, Magnum, Plasma Rifle, Shotgun, and Needlers). So the BR and Shotgun will be the powerful weapons on this map but since the stage has elevated platforms that will allow players to keep their distance fairly well the map will basically turn into a giant BR duel which works out well for me.

The two maps for sale are turf and sanctuary. I've heard great things about both but i'm yet to play either of them.
