I think you are confused... last I heard Greenwich doesn't do DST; whatever the case maybe in Greenwich, GMT stays constant throughout the year. And it says 22:00, not 20:00. That's 3.75 hours from now. Besides that, a given time in GMT is the same time for everyone, though it may not be the same time of day in each's part of the world.

Fair enough...it;s just that we in Britain are now living under DST so...

Also, are the statistics done by the day, or something, because I checked yesterday and Linux was only at 1.7% whereas today it's at 2.2%; a significant increase if we're going by anything other than by days.
