I just found out about a program that can do wonders to anyone who doesnt always wanna alt+tab out of the game to type to their friends on IM programs.

go there n download it, its really good, u can keep in touch with any of ur friends, see what games they played, join the servers of any game their in while theyre playing it and itll start the game for u, u can even see ur friends friends who are online.
This program shows u the ping of ur friends server n games etc etc.. well u get the idea, u can even chat in the middle of a game to ur friends, it tells u what theyre saying to u in a small corner and if u wanna reply u press scroll lock X to reply etc etc.. well i hope u enjoy it, I do.
