Gift cards for all. That way they can do the work thinking of what they want, and getting exactly that.

Kids hate gift cards. Think about it Christmas moring you wake up and you get gift cards to play with, that would suck.

What the fuck? I LOVED them. I got pissed when I got clothing as gifts -_-.

Get them gameboy sp games. If they dont have one of those, get that. They are pretty cheap now.

For the boy get him Counterstrike Source, or HalfLife 2.

For the girlfriend get her jewlery.

Get the Younger Boy a nintendo DS.

Get your Co-Worker pot of gold chocolates with a hand written christmas card.
