Colors in photoshop totally off...

I can't seem to get the colors in photoshop to look like the final product after it has been saved. How do I go about fixing this? (google has been of no help)

Doesn't matter what I save it as, it looks different then the actual image in PS.

Also, all my colors have a tint of red in them, I vaguely remember having this problem a long time ago.

There's Adobe Gamma Control in your Control Panel

What's that going to fix?
