help with sbc yahoo dsl, anyone have?

if no one has this then you probably don't know but when i start up the computer, the connection manager is suppose to show up, i get this error:

Event Sink Fatal Error: Unable to Connect to the CCD process

and so i can't connect, anyone know what to do?? plz help if possible, my dad uses computer mostly so i need to get it fixed asap

If you are able to try right clicking on the 2 lil desktops in the bottom right corner and click on repair connection.
