I need help

I am have some problems with msn messenger and my email account that is at msn. I am always getting this error that says " We were unable to sign you in to .NET Messenger Service, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your Internet connection. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet. 0x810000301." What does this mean. I have been looking for the past hour or so and no luck still. A lot of other forgien languages but harldy any in English? This only happens when I am at home and not anywhere else. thanks Any help would be greatly accepted.

Are you behind a firewall or something that may be fucking up msn? List your firewalls/virus protectors, and maybe someone can help.

yes i do have a firewalll set up but i have taken it off and it still does not matter it does not let me in still. I also have Norton SystemWorks adn Internet Security 2003 setup on my comp also. But the only thing that is wierd is that it was working last week and nothing has changed since then. thanks
