GM's PLease help me out!!!!!!

I started playing uo in LOD2 the rebirth about 2 weeks ago... and today i joined in and my char i trained so much was gone!!! I saw the notice of the new system but... Can u pls reinstate my char so i can play again??? The account is Masterchief and the char is masterchief too...tks a lot !!!
