when i get headaches, since im too much of a bum to get drugs or pain killers.
i drink a big glass of ice cold water, the resulting brain freeze destrys the headache, and when the brain freeze is gone, so is my headache,

I usually take a wet rag, put it over my eyes, and take a nap. Helps me take care of my headaches, sorry about that man :/

I once had a really really bad headache for a whole week, when I yelled at the school's biggest bitch, I started to feel better O.o o.O

I take an Ibuprofen and drink lots of water. After that or while you're doing that take a nice hot shower, the steam should help the pressure.

I found that when I eat ice cream REALLY fast (which causes brain freeze) my headache goes away...I still don't understand how it does that for me :/

Yeah I also always take ibuprofen, those things really help. After I take 1 I usually try to sleep and the next day its almost always gone.

Well, a headache is when blood collects in your head I believe. Theoretically, anything that increases blood flow should help to get the excess blood out of your head. I would that that heat would work better than cold (unless there is some swelling or something... I dunno).

I don't, however, have any idea what causes a brain freeze, so... I don't know how that helps; if it works, though, spread the word.

Caffiene will pwn a headache, as will alchohol (Titus should know), as both will expand capillaries (sp).

Not 100% on brainfreeze though.
