I do say so. Siggard's Stealth is the name that was given to ALL .09 Nosferatu's Coils. Since you can't FIND .09 items on Ladder, that would be the logical conclusion?

If someone found a way to import from NL -> L, then I just say fuck that.

Belts probally on Open, anyways most "Bugged" items are just simply items that are ethereal and Zoded from 1.09. Then they use the unsocket recipe to unsocket the Zod and if it was added in 1.09 it bugs and keeps the indestructable mod allowing you to resocket it.
