Hey everyone out there, tell me your favourite books and their authors (comic books and magazines don't count boys and girls).
Just to start things off and rolling:
Castaways Of The Flying Dutchman - Brian Jaques (the guy that wrote the crappy Redwall series, this book justified all those horrible years)
So tell us what you guys like for books.

I would say that the giver was a pretty good book but took alot of re-reading over and over to like understand whats going on, the ending sucked though i mean cmon it like doesnt tell you anything. Also the LOTR series was very entertaining for me but took awhile to read haha.

Chronicles of Narnia series, forgot author though.
The first book in that series was GREAT!!! I own the video version of it as well. I used to watch it over and over again. In fact... i think ill have to go find it and watch it befoore i sleep.
I also happend to like Star Trek: The Next generation books. My favorite beeing the Genesis Wave series by John Vornholt. For anybody who likes Star Trek, this is a must read.
But by far the BEST book i have ever read, was Star Trek: Odyssey. This masterpiece of star trek literature was cowritten by William Shatner himself, along wiht the help of Judeth and Garfield Reeves-Stevens. Its about 1300 pages long. I got that into it that i finished it in about 3-4 days. Another must read for star trek fans.

I have to agree with Jessifer about The Hatchet and Harrpy Potter series. Other books to add to that list are The Prince, Once and a Future King, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Han Solo series, Shadows of the Empire, and I'm sure that there are a few other books I'm forgetting, but that's it for now.
