In need of program.

I need a very simple program that will display a countdown at the top left or right of the screen on top of anything that is there. I need it for a powerpoint presentation that is suppose to be between 8 and 10 minutes long. I need it to be a customizable time, and start at the stroke of a certain key. Lets say I want to set it for 10 minutes, I would do whatever to make it pop up, then hit like the "S" key to start it.

Oh yeah, and I need it in the next 3 hours or tomorrow morning before 6:30 EST. I'll owe you a big one if you come through for me.
