I just fucked my girlfriend for the first time with out condom... and I am paranoia as shit now, and I got skin rash after I woke up this morning make me more paranoid. high % of STD at college man... Here is what I am going to do: First as staight in the face of my girlfriend asking her do she have any STD, then go to health center and check my body out, third pray to god for the first time tonight.

Anyone have any suggestion?

Just relax. Do what you say you will do. Ask your gf, then get tested. If you had a rash, it probably isnt AIDS. SOmething like herpes is probably the cause. That's likely a false accusation, actually. Start reading up on your facts.

For instance, this page (http://www.avert.org/origins.htm) describes the origins of HIV/AIDS (Often called "The Gay Mans STD", I believe.). Not once did it mention it being spread through homosexuals.
