Make each thread a 1 page limit, because by the time it hits the second page it is way off topic.

Not gonna happen. Some threads have gone on for quite a few pages before going off topic.

No point in making a limit. Once a thread goes off topic enough, the moderators close it, so that one page limit thing would be a pointless restriction.
