Anyone help me out in making account?

Im having alot of trouble trying to create a account of L2. You see, every time I make one i just get message with boxes, and i have no idea what it means or what im doing wrong. Im thinking that it might be the ID thingy... but im not really sure. Most of the errors however i get have a bunch of korean stuff the Civ at the end... (maybe that will help?) If anyone could give me a hand on this i would greatly appreciate it.

Alright ive been trying multiple names, addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, but i have no idea what im doing wrong. Its probably the ID but maybe its something else? grrrr... this is begginning to piss me off :(. Anyways, if anyone could just take a moment and give me a hand id be much grateful. tyty
Also, there is a extra drop down menu before the home phone... what in the world is it? Cuz it isnt mentioned in the pics... help?

^Latest Error^ it changed so im not changing my ID ... so maybe its something else not sure..

There was a good tutorial for signing up for the Korean beta of L2 some time ago, but I haven't seen any such thing for this beta. Someone who understands Chinese should be able to help you, I'm sure. Either that, or wait for the North American beta.

This is the Taiwanese Open Beta.. uhm... if anyone could make me one, that would be awesome, anyways i guess ill just have to wait for NA beta :cry:
