Changing back to deed form!

Anyone have any idea how i can turn stuff like looms, spinning wheels etc back to deed form?
Dont want to lose them when i move town!

Yes. Equipt an axe, double click the axe then click the object you want to go back to a deed.

Doesnt work. Tried it with a doubleaxe. What kind of an axe does it need?

Doesent matter.. what are you trying to redeed?

Edit: Oh I bet I know why.. If the owner of the house placed the deed.. the owner of the house must use the axe on the object to redeed it.
