BAM! This is how I did it: I used my left elbow, so these instructions may be reversed. Put your left hand on your chin. Then lower your head to approx. 6 inches above the keyboard on the right side. You will then find it much easier to hit keys.

The first letter being capitalized is the easiest part. (Caps Lock is a large button.)
