^_^ Hi All, I dunno if you seen me around in the game, tho i got a character with the same name (Lill) in The UO shard, Acropolis.

I thought i were to check out the forum a bit, so kinda wanted to start this thread so people can get to know eachother more and who one play with.

This thread you can introduce yourself.
I guess i can start.

I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway. ^_^ Love drawing and playing videogames. I think my dream job would be becomeing a character/ monstewr designer in games. Or conceptual designer i guess its called. In music, I like punk rock, rock and Nu-metal most, tho i can listen to almost anything ^_^

I am known as Kali the one everyone loves to hate. I am 27 year old male who is an Operations Manager for FedEx. I have been playing UO for about 5.5 years now and am married with 2 sons ages 9 and 7. I play computer games because they won't let me on the Playstation 2 or GameCube lol. I played Atlantic from near the start then moved to Chesapeake when it opened. I also played Lake Superior and Napa Valley a good bit and Siege and Great Lakes very little. Free shards I played were Autumn Twilight, Acropolis, *Edit*. I didn't include any of the shards I didn't play for more than liek a month or the pvp test servers because I don't think they should count. Peace. Oh yeah I love just about any horror movie and I only listen to hard and classic rock well as long as Metallica is considered hard rock also.

I thought everyone knew when I came to Acropolis that I was male. At least I know I told Nick aka Man-O-War aka Kristiana Freeze and also Falx, Remy, and Cheesehouse knew. AT was my first time using a female char in UO and it was kinda of a experiment in how people would act and treat me if they thought I was a woman only my 2 real life friends from AT knew the truth Camazotz and Ra. Not even Raistlin knew back in the AT days that I was male.

If you've ever seen the movie "Darkness Falls" I'm like that almost. I get weird ass feelings and I can just imagine some scary crap happening with the situation or enviroment I'm in.

Guitar will probably be my "parchment" once I learn some music theory. I can play almost anything you ask me to but it's hard to have an idea in your head and build off it when you know hardly anything about theory :p

At night right on the verge of sleep I hear some awesome guitar pieces in my head :D There's nothing cooler than hearing dueling guitars :'(

Saw you R in programming wich is cool. Heh, Hope you get into the videogame market ^-^ I kinda wish to get a job within game developement too. (tho more the drawing and design part) Good luck in the programming, is it the c++, or cc+ or what it was called? Lol, i know nothing on programming myself, but it seems fun when you know you can make games and such of it.

I did weightlifting for 3 years or so. When I started putting a lot of time into guitar I found that with job and school I had no more time for weight lifting.

Yea time can get lost with school and work. Does your school offer weight training classes. That's what I do if I know I'm gonna be short on time. Plus weight training class here counts as a PE credit ;)

Oh ya I like to play Call Me The Breeze a lot when I'm bored. Most frickin' awesome intro EVAR. And I like to repeatedly listen to the short guitar solos in the 3rd verse of Swamp Music; Especially the pinch harmonics one. lol that's what mine was at the beginning of this year. I was hella skinny though. I'm up to bout 190 on bench now. Squat was 260 about 9 weeks ago, so prolly 275ish now.

Good way to build your triceps and chest without weights = pushups. But instead of doing 'em like most people do, tuck your elbows as close to your body as possible. Thatll put some emPHASIS on yer pecx0rz and tricpers. Do as many sets of 30 as possible then do normal pushups 'til you collapse ;) It works believe me

I did weight train in high school also it counted as a credit as well. senior year I had my college english and history classes for some early college credits then lunch then finished the day with keyboarding weight train and pe. God senior year owned I miss it so. its been a while since I have maxed out on bench actually I rarely do flat bench with a barbell except to mix it up once in a while I usually do flat bench with dumbells first 1 warm up set then 3 work sets of 10-8-6 on reps then I do 3 work sets of incline barbell press since im already warmed up no warm up set there then I hit dumbells again for 3 sets of flyes 12 reps of these to finish up. last time I was doing regular bench I was doing 340 for my 6 rep set so i guess you could try to figure a max from that. Of course I have had more years of lifting to get that high than you young-uns hehe.

In real life I am 22 years old soon to be 23. I started playing UO back when OSI had it's beta (summer '97). I played on and off for years, I even made my first public shard sometime back then, when the only good UO emu was UOX, I met kida around this time on a UOX free shard and cox'ed her into helping me on my shard. I went back to OSI when then finialy made a shard I loved, Siege Perilous. I then played SP for over 3 years, til it was ruined with AoS last year. Shortly after I opened my 3rd shard Autumn Twilight which was closed after a few months over a few reason I won't get into atm, but took it as a big learning exp. Now Acropolis is opened.
I repair PCs, Trouble shoot all OSs, Program in C, C++, and C# and I am currently learning MySQL databasing and .asp/.php web-building.
I ride BMX bikes and I like to Flatland. I play bass. I like to listen anything industrial from stabbing westward, msi, minstry, skinny puppy, to Disturbed, NIN, Evanescence, Deftones, Audioslave, etc.. I even like alot of classic rock like the Doors, ccr, gary numan.
I draw in ink pen and pencil and like to write songs and poetry.
I collect Porsche memorabilia, and I can re-build a Porsche 914 from memory!!! :P

oh yes... it was quite painfull he had to literly drag me by my hair onto his shard, and said if i build stuff i would get a cookie. but noooo... i build my brains out, and NO COOKIE!!
ummm.. actuly i dont think "cox'ed" is such a great word. make it sound like you forced me, or tricked me into helping.
hum.... im planing somthing grand in my little mind workin out prints and thinking about inquireing it be put into Acropolis... but!! none will know till if and when it is done :-) its about time i made mysefl usefull as a builder in Acropolis :-P

Well, I'm just getting started here on the Shard, my friend asked me to come play with her since she started playing Free-Shard and doesn't know anybody. I used to Play Catskills, got hacked lost it all, moved to Chessy, quit, came back to Siege...Got bored of it etc...Moved to Great Lakes...To say the least I played a lot of shards and have been playing since Beta...Though I never had my own account then =) - So I don't really recall much of it, though maybe some of you remember Rev who was a really well known guy, I do recall him =). I loved UO before REN came in because it kind of destroyed the thieving profession with everyone moving to trammel, at least until Power Scrolls came out =). If anyone played Cats in about 99-00 area and remember IronMan the thief, that was me =), but thieving doesn't seem like to grand of a profession on a shard this small hehe, establish a bad name and I'll just get whacked all the time =), can't have that!
I used to play Quake 3 Urban Terror and was in the top 100 capture the flag players for quite a while!! That was a great game though I haven't played it since it updated past 2.5, school keeps me too busy.
Anyway, my name is Craig and I live in Michigan. I go to school at the University of Michigan and I am studying Economics which is a blast (yeah right). I play a lot of racquetball and run quite a bit there =).
Once the shard comes up I'll create a character and such and be sure to get back to this post with his name so anyone can get in touch with me =). And it will be male, haha, even though yes...I have had a female character in the past and they do acquire TONS of free stuff from guys, I think my best was about 500k in a day just whining to guys at the bank =). Man it's great to get stuff for free.
