cant log in!! help!

i can not log in!! i type in my SN and it gets stuck on connecting screen

did you try updating you UO client? reseting your UOG patches? trying with and w/o razor?

i tried all of taht except razor, I dont use that... it has been happening since last night!! i am fiending!!!!
