Well, from my translation, it means "Right tube anti- good point enemy" but I used dictionary.com to do it.

What I did was found something really long and translated it from english to korean, then I looked for the korean symbols you posted. I found the first 4 pretty easily, the last 2 were pretty hard and iffy though. I picked the ones that looked nearest to what you posted. (Your picture really sucks.)

I'll attach a RTF(rich text file(probably in a zip)) with the symbols in it.
