Similar to the Do Not Call list for telemarketers, this list is to sign up your email address to be a on block list for spam.

The U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to approve antispam legislation that could end more than six years of failed attempts to create a federal law restricting unsolicited commercial e-mail.

How well could the government actually enforce this from the unscrupulous if it was passed, though?

if spam was blocked from my acct i actually would get mail because it would not be up at 140% all the time...

I never get spam in my mail ever, i don't sign up for gay porno sites, and im very cation on who gets my default email address.

Well...i dont subscribe 2 porn sites either...somehow i get spammed though
