Explorer Registry Hacked

Something called coolsearch has altered my registry for Windows Explorer. Spybot detects it and blocks it but cannot get rid of it. How the F*** do I repair the registry without re-formatting??

Well what part of the registry is it effecting? The registry is huge to asking for a way to fix it in general without a clean sweep is futile.
