Well here's the fucking story... Sit a while, young ones, as it may or may not be a long one... Depending on how much I've missed typing these past several months, factored in with the fact that I'm still steaming about all this bull shit that happened at M.E.P.S. today. Anyway, let's delve into it, shall we?

First off, Thursday, 30, I wake up, drive 5 hours to the Bay Area to meet my recruiter, who we'll further designate as Sgt. DJ, then we drove an hour and a half (due to traffic, normally a 45 minute drive) to San Jose. Okay, from there I wait an hour and a half, take the A.S.V.A.B., get my results back (I wont say the exact score, but it was higher than average, I qualify for some upper-grade jobs with faster promotions, and bonuses), from there we sit at M.E.P.S. for a few hours, drive half an hour to our hotel(four-star)... Which I actually have no complaints about... We had a big screen hotel in every room, plenty of condiments, great service, a wonderful view, etc. We chow at 8:45pm, free of charge to us of course, in the four-star restuarant. From there it's lights out at 11pm. However, that doesn't include cell phones. My roomate (we all had one roomate of the same sex, two king size beds in each room, by the way) keeps me up all fucking night, until 12:30am talking to his girlfriend, then he finally hits the hay, and keeps me up for another hour and a half to two hours farting and snoring. So right then and there I know it's not going to be such a great couple of days.

Now, so as not to lose anyone, let's recap so far. I got two days off of work, drove about 5 1/2 - 6 hours, took a 3 hour test, drove another 30 minutes (to the hotel), stayed up all night due to abnoxious roomate. Moving on...

We get our wake-up call at precisely 4:00am, and have to be downstairs, packed, dressed, and ready to go in 15 minutes. So I go down thereslightly before my 15 minutes are up, and we all stand around enjoying the feel of our eyes grazing over and our bones twitchy and shaking from lack of sleep. We then move on to breakfast, again at the four-star resturant. I have three glasses of orange juice, and two pieces of toast with butter, still being full from the 4 plates of food I had the previous night (it was REALLY good!). We drive the 30 minutes back to M.E.P.S. There we are instructed, by someone we'll refer to as Sgt. Silvia, that we are unable to have any electronics, we are unable to talk to anyone, and we are unable to go anywhere, look around, or make any kind of noise or we'd be immediately disqualified and have to go through the physical again. So, I'm sitting at M.E.P.S. for 13 hours... All because I was never told I had to take a special questionary, in addition to my ASVAB test, because I have a GED. So I find that out at about 2:30pm(remember we arrived at about 4:45 - 5am) so the lead Sgt, we'll be referring to this guy as Sgt. Shithead, no offense to the guy, but I like to shoot the messenger, even though he did all he could to help me. Anyway, I am informed by him that he will try to get authorization from HQ to bypass the test, I am informed at about 5:30pm that this failed, and he had the results back for about an hour now... Okay... So I have to come back Wednesday to take the fucking questionaire, "AIMS", so I drive 4 hours back to Reno tomorrow, go to work, try to get Wednesday off of work, take the questionaire, hopefully take the ASVAB again because I know I can at least get 70, I had the flu really bad that day, and felt the need to vomit halfway through the test so I had to hurry like fuck, I guessed on many of the questions without even reading them... Anyway... Yeah.... I passed the tests and physical and everything though. So... I'm pretty much in, I ship off to basic in Jan, or I should. I pick my job wednesday... Oh yeah, and my recruiting Sgt., Sgt. DJ got stuck in traffic picking me up so I was stuck in there alone for a few hours, hit very, very heavy traffic on the way back, making it a good 2 hour drive, what should of been 45 mins. Well... This is just to blow off some steam before I go get faded for the first time in my life, I figured tonight would be a great time for a first (and most likely only) time.

Oh yeah, it wasn't a complete waste, however, I did get a perfect 10's phone number, and an invitation to go to a party with her soon. She really is model material, skinny, but not too skinny, beautiful eyes, smile, wonderful skin... Perky tits, firm round ass.... Ahhhhh.... Anyway, later ya'll. Hope you didn't mind me blowing off a bit of steam against the U.S. Goverment Armed Services System.
