Is Communism really such a bad thing as it sounds? It was originally a good idea, but then Mao managed to mess it up.
It wasn't really Mao's fault, but his name is the shorter than any Russian names, so it will do. :D

No form of government is bad if run perfectly/correctly. It's just that it's impossible for some forms to be run perfectly/correctly making them bad.
