Connection refused?

I cannot load a few webpages, or connect to MSN (cannot post on battle.net forums)

Is there something i set that screwed me up, and does anyone know where it is?

Becuase my other computer works fine.

It could be a firewall or your isp is down? I had this problem I took it into a guy cause nothing worked on the net.

Well this is just some secure webpages, and MSN messenger
