I drive a honda prelude so I am of course going to go with imports. I am not biased to one car or the other. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Skylines and muscle cars all suck. It's all about the Evos, the WRXs, the Silvias.

It would take a dozen muscle cars to produce the power of a single Boeing 747 jet engine, so I'll go with the Boeing as my method of travel.

i like bmw's but i'll go for an muscle car any day
BWM is a muscle car dipshit.
Dude, rice burners are good for two things, good gas mileage, and well, thats about it. Anybody can throw 60 k together and buy a bunch of shit for a car they paid 1,200 for.
I would take muscle car, but I like rice burners because they are quite stylish.

I saw a tite silvia at that import show. 96 Nissan 240SX with a turbocharged SR20DET R33 skyline GT-R engine swap. Man, it was nice.

Overall... Muscle. That's all there is to it. Like D3V said, any shmuck can throw down a bunch of money to get a production "sleek" ugliness and slap a few stickers on it. I'll take the old school American muscle over most things, however there are a few ricey exceptions... I like Eclipses and the Honda S whatever its called for example.

man some of you are so ignorant if you think that all import cars are ricers. most of the people you see drivin around in imports are usually riced out. euro tails, large, uneeded wings, etc. but some of us buy imports and do real performance mods to em. theres a 9 second twin turbo mr2 in my city.
Anybody can throw 60 k together and buy a bunch of shit for a car they paid 1,200 for.
WTF?? i personally dont know too many people who can throw 60k togethor but um right. And how the fuck is that any different than a muscle car??? Are you implying that you can't put 60k into a muscle car? Or muscle cars cost a lot more that $1,200(I don't know too many $1,200 imports but w/e)
The thing about imports are that it is a challenge to make it extrmely fast. anyone can put togethor $1200 dollars and buy a big old v8 camaro. And this is just my own personal opinion but i think that imports are much more sleek and stylish than any muscle car.
But hell. I think i would go with a McLaren F1 anyday.

To me, people that get a Civic or something and kit it, put a loud resonator on the exhaust, decal it (oh, I mean get a "paint" job), and put a huge wing on it are stupid. Now if it were say an Integra with a reasonable spoiler, real performance mods and maybe some kitting or a paint job, that'd be sweet.
As for muscle cars, being able to go fast in a straight line is nice, but it's nicer to be able to turn while going fast.
