No Disc Read error

Everyone has heard of this error, I would just like to ask the new mod of this forum if he knows the answer on how to fix it.....

If you've modded your PS2 you'll have to fix it yourself, but there's a thread about a number you can call and they will fix it for free. As long as your PS2 isn't modded.

Nah its not modded, (yet) I'm gonna get the chip in about a week or so, Then I'll get to play some burned games! w00t!

Ok, well thx for the help guys, I figured the new Mod Kuja's#1 could help, but obviously he's more interested in the chat/flame forum then his own....
