i was thinking about buying some chess software but i have no idea what 2 buy. Any suggestions? I heard chessmaster 9000 was good, but i dont know.

Uhh.. you can buy them in the same place you buy games. At Best Buy I think they are with the educational software.

well if you want a chess game good and very cheap you can buy the chessmaster 3D the graphics are not bad and gameplay is addictive

You should go here: Chessnet.com/Chess.net (don't remember which one), I think you can only be a guest unless you're willing to pay some small registration fee, but it's a great chess site; much less cluttered as compared to our friends at Yahoo. Also, you'll find more evenly matched opponents, in Yahoo it's common to have a grandmaster come down to the novice rooms and immediately begin spanking everyone in the feeble attempt to feel better about having a small penis.
