Hmm....I'd have to say, well its sort of a combo. Silver Dragon, Garland and Kuja in FFIX. In FFVIII I'd say Ulatamecia-junctioned with Griever. In FFVII Hojo-the last form he takes, or One-Winged Angel. In FFX, SinSpawn Gui or Seymour Flux

He was tough but I knew I would fight him so I was prepared. Even with preparation, he's tough, but there's no harder boss than the mega ones that come out of nowhere.

Ruby was tougher. If you couldn't get it through your head, as I couldn't, that at leat two would not make it every battle, you were screwed. :(
You also had to get lucky on the character that was taken when in the battle. That was definitely the toughest to me. FFVII for those less informed.
Well i didnt find any of the weapon hard.
And to have your 3 character while beating ruby is easy.
You just had to come whit 2 dead and revive them once he put his arms in the sand.

I beat him with just Cloud. I did it the pussy way though. KOTRX2, MIME. I also used wall to pretect me against Ultima. I also used the Ribbon accessory to keep Cloud from being minimized, frogged and slow-petrified.
Emerald was harder. You have to be SUPER fast so you can take him out before that 9999 attack.

I guess its all in the game play. I thought Emerald was quite easy compared to Ruby...

Hmm. Those 2 remaining Weapons were tough, and you still have to have that Underwater breathing Materia or whatever it's called just to nullify the time limit on Emerald. And yeah, before you defeat Ruby Weapon you must have 2 dead party members with you so he can put his stupid arms in the sand at ONCE, you revive your comrades, and let him have it. In both battles you must have Master Mime Materia (3 of em), the Final Attack Materia (for the Emerald Weapon), so Phoenix could kick in once you all die in the hopes of vanquishing Emerald Weapon), a Master Knights of the Round (for Emerald) and strangely enough....Hades for Ruby. Ruby gets afflicted with some status effects Hades casts on him, and makes for an even easier battle.
Sephiroth with his One Winged Angel form wasn't that tough, it's just his Pale Horse Spell or whatever it's called that's annoying.
The first time I fought Kujah, I was DECIMATED~~~!!! Well, it was because I had all those cheap support skills on at the time. You know, Auto-Regen, Auto-Reflect, and God knows what else. I just learned something. Don't use those supposrt skills unless you want Kujah start casting those Flare Star spells at you at ONCE. Then, Silver Dragon, Garland, Kujah combo...I barely had enough time to steal the Ninja Suit armor before we killed him!

Omega weapon from FF4. He was pretty much invincible.

I've gotta give it to Ozma as well. He was ridiculous. Getting off three giant attacks every time any of your characters get off one. It was like Final Fantasy 4 all over again.

Stupid question, really. When did all these Weapons come into being, or rather, what FF game were they all introduced? I just got introduced to them via FFVII, and continued well into the eighth installment. I wasn't able to get to Ozma because I was pretty stupid and chose to invade Terra rather than colecting Chocobo treasures and upgrading my characters' arsenal and taking time out to get Garnet's Ark summon to be able to do anything other than meeting the final boss. I hate his Grand Cross ATTACK (or whatever it's called)! It's a good thing that even when Zidane goes minified he could still pretty good damage via his Thievery skill (that skill with that exploding treasure box) and his Dyne Trance as they deal out massive non-elemental damage.
If there's one other thing that should come in as a close second to Ozma it's got to be those damn Yans. Who could stand getting blown all away by those annoyingly cute critters?! I've enough of instant-removal-of-party-members in FFVII (hell, there were a lot of enemies who did just that kind of thing) and now they've resurrected with a vengeance in the horrifyingly cute Yans. NOOOOO~~~!!!
