Frozen Throne Sells 1 Million

Blizzard appear to have done rather well with the Frozen Throne which has now shifted more than 1 million units worldwide. This makes the Frozen Throne the eighth Blizzard product to sell 1 million copies and also to reach #1 in U.S. sales charts. Mike Morhaime, Blizzard Entertainment president and co-founder added:

We are very excited about the worldwide demand for 'Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. We put a lot of effort into giving players more of everything that 'Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos' offered, in addition to a host of new features, and the expansion set's popularity tells us that our long hours and hard work have paid off."

I still haven't bought Frozen Throne yet. I bought War III for around $300 HK last Summar, didn't really play online. (Well, my brother played a little and lent it to a friend.)

I might pick it up when the price drops...even more.
